1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 799pub ("we," "us," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the 799pub website, mobile platform, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active 799pub account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 799pub will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at support@799pub.net. Any activity that occurs while your credentials are being used — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility until you notify us.

Accurate Information

All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of 799pub must be accurate, current, and complete. Any misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth, or address — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

799pub supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya under normal circumstances. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution. 799pub does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited to and withdrawn from 799pub must come from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. Any transaction that appears to involve money laundering, fraud, or chargebacks will be investigated immediately, and the relevant account will be frozen pending resolution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

799pub regularly offers bonuses, welcome packages, reload promos, cashback deals, and referral rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are only available to verified accounts in good standing.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through pattern betting, arbitrage, or using multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 799pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on 799pub use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player.

Specific rules for each game category — including Roulette, Poker, Tongits, Slots, and PBA Betting — are available on each game's dedicated page. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 799pub is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

For sports betting and PBA Betting in particular, all odds displayed are subject to change up until the market is closed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or postponed will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is resumed within 72 hours.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 799pub Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to access 799pub from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our customer support staff or other players.
• Any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or the terms of our operating licence.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

11. Account Termination

You may close your 799pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification and wagering requirement compliance.

799pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of other players.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant gaming regulatory authority or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
